French for 'A Lake of a Thousand Lakes' we are located approximately 145 Kilometres (90 miles) west of Thunder Bay, Ontario, and 4 miles East of Upsala. As a large lake, (measuring approximately 59,584 acres, or 24,114 hectares in size), it is famous for its supurb Walleye and Northern fishing. It is also habitat to many Perch, Small Mouth Bass and Whitefish. The lake is dotted with hundreds of scenic islands, and is indented with numerous bays, inlets and channels.
